Base build is the most important part of any hardscape install. We excavate to depth, compact the subgrade, lay engineered base in lifts, compact each lift, and screed a tight setting layer before the first paver is set or the first yard of concrete is poured.
Pattern work, soldier courses, banding, and decorative finishes are part of every quote where design benefits. We mock up patterns on site, snap chalk lines, and dry-lay the field before commitment.
Once paver fields are set, we sweep polymeric sand into the joints, vibrate it to settle, and install edge restraints at every transition. Concrete pours are kept wet or sealed for the full cure window so the slab gains rated strength.
Most hardscape projects run one to two weeks depending on square footage and complexity. After install you receive a care guide and our workmanship warranty in writing.
