Covered patios with tongue-and-groove ceilings, pergolas with integrated lighting and fans, screened lanais, open paver patios with built-in fire features, and composite or hardwood decks engineered for our climate.
We integrate patio and deck construction with landscaping and hardscape so the spaces flow together. Drainage, slope, footings, and electrical for fans, TVs, and lighting are planned in the first design pass — not patched in later.
Materials are chosen for Florida exposure. Tongue-and-groove ceilings in cypress or PVC, columns wrapped in PVC or hardie, marine-grade fans and lighting, stainless or coated fasteners, and composite decking from Trex, TimberTech, or Fiberon.
Most custom patio and deck builds run two to eight weeks depending on size, structure, screen enclosure, and electrical. We pull every Broward or Palm Beach County permit and schedule inspections so the build closes cleanly.
After the build we walk the space with you in evening light, check every detail, and adjust before invoicing. You receive a binder with materials, manufacturer warranties, and our written workmanship warranty.
